Four Corners Community Health Centre

Four Corners Health Centre is an 11,000 sq ft satellite of WellFort Community Health Services (formerly Bramalea Community Health Centre), and provides programs and services to those living in Malton who experience barriers to accessing health services. Four Corners provides primary health care and dental services, and uses community development approaches to work with local residences and other agencies to increase community capacity for building a healthier neighbourhood.

Four Corners Health Centre is located on the ground floor of Westwood Mall at 7205 Goreway Drive. Westwood Mall is a vibrant, full service mall at the heart of Malton and is the only collection of retailers in the local area. It is well served by several public transit routes.

A new open and welcoming entrance to the Health Centre is accessed from the interior mall plaza. The interior layout of the Health Centre has been developed in a clear and efficient manner, with the most public program elements, the Waiting Area, Program Rm and Training Kitchen located adjacent to the main entrance from the mall. Colours and finishes are selected to help create a welcoming, non-institutional atmosphere.
