537 Broadview Ave

Previously known as Rev.John D. McPherson Scott House, 537 Broadview Ave is being extensively renovated to provide 12 deeply affordable homes consisting of 12 units, 2 of which are barrier free. 60% of the site consists of soft landscaping and a new accessible walkway, ramp and parking space is provided. Inside the building a new LULA elevator provides access to the ground floor and basement.

Repairs and upgrades to the existing building increased the insulation value of the walls and roof. The interior has been extensively renovated to provide bright new units, many of which enjoy spectacular views of the city skyline.
