Unison Health & Community Services’ Bathurst-Finch Community Hub is a new 2 storey 18,600 SF community health centre satellite & United Way community hub built on a Toronto District School Board site. The building is designed to high energy efficiency standards (43% energy savings over the MNECB) with optimized orientation and solar shading. For occupant comfort, the building provides operable windows for a mixed-mode ventilation system. Project dramatically enhances existing site conditions. Construction start Summer 2011.
