Hilditch
Architect, founded in 1985, is an architectural practice
committed to providing support to a wide range of clients
in a way that helps make the process of creating the built
environment more understandable and approachable.
The firm pays particular attention to the social
implications and responsibilities of our work, addressing
the concerns of the immediate client and of society at
large.
With this in mind, the development of a body of work that
pursues principles of sustainable design is a goal of the
firm.
Deliberate efforts have been made to develop a portfolio of
work which encompasses a wide variety of types of project
in order to provide personal and professional development
to the members of the firm, as well as to benefit our
clients with an ever expanding understanding of the built
form of our society.
Along with professional and technical skills, we pride
ourselves with bringing to our involvement in a project the
ability to develop creative, imaginative concepts in a
manner that pays heed to the sometimes limited resources
that our clients may place at our disposal. We believe our
enthusiasm and our ability to listen closely to and
interpret our clients thoughts to be some of our principle
strengths, together with a measure of patience that has
arisen in part out of an extensive body of work associated
with the design and development of projects for corporate,
institutional, public and private clients for many of whom
the consultative process is an important ingredient in
arriving at the final built form.
